Important dates

• Call for papers: April 22nd, 2024
• Abstract submission: June 7th, 2024 July 2nd, 2024, July 15th, 2024
• Acceptance of abstracts: June 17th, 2024 July 25th, 2024 or within a week of submission but before July 25th, 2024
• Full papers will be considered until September 15th even without an abstract. To make it easy for the technical committee, it is appreciated if they are submitted before much earlier for visa letters, travel planning, and conference planning.
• Full paper submission: August 2nd, 2024 August 23rd, 2024 September 15th, 2024
• Acceptance of full papers: Before Sep. 13th, 2024 September 30th, 2024
• Final manuscripts: October 18, 2024 October 30th, 2024

• Students and postdocs: INR 2,500

• Masterclass: INR 2,000 (free for students, project staff, and postdocs from academia)
